"Those of us in the women's movement have to open a space for dialogue with younger women, and be receptive to what they bring. A young leader said to me, 'I don't want to feel like a replacement.' We need to build the possibility of working together respectfully. Otherwise, we're in the difficult position of just trying to give advice to the young ones. They have different ideas. And maybe we can learn from them, and we might find answers to questions or issues that we couldn't find in the ways we have been thinking until now."
