About Our Resource Library

What can I find in IWHC's online resource library?

Our resource library compiles diverse resources—articles, reports, speeches, factsheets, bibliographies, and other materials—for use by activists, academics, and anyone interested in learning more about topics related to women's health and rights. Some of the materials in our library are IWHC publications authored by former or current staff. Others are resources developed by our international colleagues. And finally, we offer selected articles, speeches, or tools we believe will be useful to advocates for sexual and reproductive health and rights worldwide.

How can I get copies of IWHC's resources?

All of our resources are free, and you can download most of them in PDF, Word, or HTML format just by searching our library by resource topic (e.g. Youth Health and Rights, Contraception and Health, U.S. Foreign Policy) or by resource type (e.g. factsheets, IWHC articles and publications, IWHC speeches). If your computer is unable to read PDF files, you can download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

To order copies of those resources that are not available online, or to order larger quantities of IWHC publications, please email Whitney Welshimer at wwelshimer@iwhc.org. Please indicate which publications you would like to receive, how many copies of each, your name, and your organization, and provide a valid mailing address. Please also indicate how you wish to use the resources.

Does IWHC have any resources available in other languages?

Yes. We have separate online libraries containing resources in French, Portuguese, and Spanish, including selected translations of key IWHC publications, and other recommended resources for advocates working in Africa and Latin America. You can access those libraries at the following links:

French
Portuguese
Spanish
