In 2007, IWHC
made a one-time grant to Colectivo Rebeldia, as the fiscal agent
for the Bolivian branch of the September 28 Campaign, to
advocate before Bolivia's Constitutional Assembly for the incorporation of
sexual and reproductive rights in the new Constitution. In February 2009, the
new Constitution enters into force with strong language on women's rights
including the recognition of everyone's entitlement to sexual and reproductive rights.
A
chart with the Campaign's proposals and the language of the new Constitution
can be found here. For more information, visit Colectivo Rebeldia's website.
