In an e-mail message leaked to the press, Dybul informed staff at the Office of the Global Health Coordinator that he will continue to serve, at least temporarily, in the position "beyond the inauguration" of President-elect Barack Obama. Since 2006, Dybul has been responsible for overseeing the massive global health initiative known as the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which Congress reauthorized for another five years last July....
