In January 2009, the Senators and Members of Congress were sworn in to being a new two-year session - the 111th U.S. Congress . The new Congress will have the opportunity to reshape policies that undermine the health and rights of women and girls—but we must let them know that we want them to fix these harmful policies. We will update this site with opportunities for moving good bills forward once the new Congress gets to work in 2009. Working together we can promote health and rights for women and their families in the United States and abroad.
