The document is an adaptation for U.S. audiences of the original document published in Spanish by PROMSEX in July, 2007, entitled, "Las migajas bajo el mantel: la política  fundamentalista de USAID y el caso de Anticoncepción Oral de Emergencia (AOE) en el Perú."
