What are the greatest challenges to youth health and rights?
The greatest challenges to women's and girls' health and rights are the issues around their sexual and reproductive rights.  The patriarchal society in which we are living has made it difficult for many women and girls to have a final say over what happens to their bodies. Rape and early marriage, which exposes young girls to Vesico-Vaginal-Fistula as well as HIV and other STIs, are rampant in some areas.  Young girls are the most common victims of rape and other sexual abuses.

What are the greatest challenges to women's and young people's health and rights?
There are so many issues that young women and children face, and they are all rooted in the fact that most of the countries in the world are still conservative, male-dominated, and underprivileged, thus leading to misinformation and lack of education for youth. Although more opportunities become open to the female population as time goes by, there is still an unspoken rule that men are favored in society.

The greatest challenges to youth health and rights are tradition and education. The community I live in sees little importance in the contribution of girls to the community's development, and boys are given more respect irrespective of the situation.
