USER AGREEMENT
Last Updated on November 12, 2008 Welcome to the web site of the International Women's Health Coalition ("Our Site"). This user agreement ("User Agreement"), which includes our Privacy Policy, sets forth the conditions for your use of Our Site. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by and any disputes relating to this User Agreement should be decided under the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts made and performed there. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or for any
reason unenforceable, then that provision is considered severed and will not
affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
PRIVACY POLICYWe are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our treatment of your personal information, how you can make choices about that treatment, and how you can request access to your information. Collection of Personal Information There are certain areas of Our Site where we ask for your personal information, such as your name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, age, or credit card information ("Your Personal Information"). Collection of Anonymous Information Our servers automatically log certain information that IWHC uses for statistical analysis of web site traffic. The information is stored as log files on our server. The log files are regularly collected and analyzed by software to produce visitor trend reports. Our server logs do not collect personally identifiable information about individual users, such as names, mailing addresses, email address, occupation, etc. As described in the next section, IWHC does collect this type of data electronically but only through forms, surveys or event registrations on Our Site.
